Hotel Suites The Only Way To Go For True Luxury

When it comes to luxury hotel experiences, Visit Here http://chittagong-guide.blogspot.com

it’s important to filter out the truly pleasurable from the more affected hotel offerings. For many years, for instance, boutique hotels have been seen as the pinnacle of luxury hotel accommodation, with many travellers in want of a designer boutique hotel experience flocking to New York, London and Paris. However, if you’re interested in indulging yourself in style, why not think outside of the box and opt for a luxury hotel suite?

Luxury hotel suites offer a range of benefits that ordinary luxury hotel rooms often lack. For starters, opting for your own luxury hotel suite when you’re on vacation affords you the space to enjoy your holiday in style. With a spacious bedroom, large attached living room and roomy bathroom the typical features of many luxury hotel suites, you can be sure that you won’t run out of space – no matter how many clothes you decide to pack for your vacation!

But a truly luxurious hotel suite is more than simply the space it provides for its guests – it also relies on the range and quality of services that it offers as well. For instance, many luxury hotel suite providers will also offer their guests spa services – including massages, facials, a sauna and a range other spa treatments. What’s more, the best luxury hotel suites also offer in-room spa services – so you’ll be able to soak in the benefits of a first-class Swedish massage in the comfort of your own hotel suite.

Simple details can also add dramatically towards making your luxury hotel suite experience a positive one. For instance, a spectacular ocean view or a cityscape panorama from your hotel suite window can enrich your experience and memories of your suite immeasurably. Other details, like fresh flowers delivered daily to your room, or a complimentary assortment of chocolates or exotic fruit will make all the difference to your stay in a hotel suite.

Moreover, luxury hotel suites are an excellent choice when you’re looking for hotel accommodation on your next vacation because they can be adapted to suit any purpose. If you’re taking your partner on a romantic vacation to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or Valentine’s Day, then opting for a luxury hotel suite is sure to show them how much you care. Or if you’re on your honeymoon and you’re keen to avoid the stigma attached to renting out the ‘Honeymoon Suite’, a luxury hotel suite is sure to be your next best option!

Alternatively, if you’re travelling with children or in a large group of friends, staying in a hotel suite is sure to foster a sense of sociability on your trip, allowing your vacation party to congregate in the same suite and avoid the cramped nature of many ordinary hotel rooms. But whatever the purpose of your vacation – whether you’re on a skiing holiday in or you’re winding down after an exhausting trip around the country – one thing’s for sure: hotel suites are the only way to go for truly unique luxury!Visit Here http://chittagong-guide.blogspot.com

A Celebrity Cruise Is A Dream Come True

admin | July 2nd, 2010 - 5:15 pm

Why Take a Celebrity Cruise Vacation? Well, with all the cruise lines available, all the cruise destinations, and the range of prices, there are cruises to please every traveller, no matter how jaded.

In our fast-paced society, it’s an very cost-effective and time-efficient way to take a holiday. Think about the time involved in driving yourself to many different destinations, packing and unpacking at every hotel, and trying to find restaurants and personal services. On a cruise you don’t drive anywhere for 7, 10, 14 days or even more. Even if you were on a bus tour with someone else doing the driving , you haul around your suitcases and repack it all at each new destination. On a cruise, you check your luggage when you check in and it automatically appears in your cabin, stateroom, or suite. You’re at home and don’t have to pack for the duration of the cruise. And the food is legendary! Each ship has many restuarants staffed by world-class chefs, and the cost of the food is included in the cost of the cruise. At every port, guided tours are available so you won’t miss any of the local attractions. You won’t have to mind your children constantly, either. Supervised activities like water skiing are available to keep them occupied. And at the end of your holidy staff will retrieve your luggage and place it on shore at the intended pick-up point. Taking a cruise vacation frees you from so many of the worries associated with traveling, and leaves you with even more time to relax and enjoy your destination.

Celebrity Cruise Lines offers the most competitive deals in the travel industry. Conde Nast Traveler consistently rates Celebrity Cruises as one of the world’s best cruise ship lines. Services include informative lectures about your location, upscale boutiques, and Las Vegas style entertainment created for Celebrity by Cirque du Soleil. Try your luck in the Casino or even collect fine art at an onboad auction. Enjoy exotic nightlife at The Bar At The Edge of the Earth.

There’s an overdose of pampering awaiting you at the world-famous Aqua-Spa by Elemis. Try a deluxe manicure, a luxurious facial or even a relaxing massage. Celebrity offers acupuncture by a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine as well. You’ll feel renewed and invigorated.

But Celebrity isn’t just for the grown-ups. Kids feel right at home on these cruises. The Celebrity X-Club Youth Program has age-specific activities and entertainment for each age group. Science and nature exploration, talent shows, treasure hunts, children’s dinner parties, slumber parties and a lot more are all arranged by professional staff. Favorite areas of the ship are set aside for the younger seafaring set only, like the Shipmates Fun Factory, teen center and pools. When the ship is docked, adults have the option of going on cultural tours by themselves without bored children tagging along. And the children can enjoy vigorous, noisy activities without wearing out the parents. What a relief for both generations!

Age or disability do not hamper cruising. Ships are designed for mobility-impaired passengers, and staff is always ready to help with passengers’ medical needs. Celebrity Cruise Lines accommodates those who want dialysis or supplemental oxygen, and more medical services can be arranged if requested beforehand. Emergency care is always available on board, saving you the trouble of finding a doctor who speaks your language in a foreign country.

Dinner is a vital event in itself on a cruise ship, a tradition dating back to the late 1800′s when cruises were for royalty and the wealthy who expected elegant formal dinners. Again, in today’s lifestyle the elegant dinner is optional, and for those who like to dine casually, food is available around the clock from cafeterias and room service . All the same, for those who like a ritzy event where they can show off their best attire and jewelry, there are optional formal dinners where ladies put on long formal evening dresses and gentlemen have on tuxedos.

And don’t forget the cruise destination itself! Celebrity Cruises dock at a different port of call every few days, depending upon distances and sailing time between points of interest. You are able to stay aboard the ship all day or go ashore. You are free to investigate each destination on your itinerary as long as you return to the ship in time for departure.

Optional activities are offered for a slight extra cost, and Celebrity offers adventures geared toward the unique features of every destination. As an illustration, Caribbean cruises offer snorkeling, diving or even beach excursions while Alaskan cruises offer helicopter tours or even sea kayaking. For the less adventuresome, normally there are bus tours or supervised shopping excursions in the local port. Each and every detail, including meals, is prearranged. All you have to do is line up at the correct spot onshore and an let anexperienced tour guide look after everything else.

With all these unique and wonderful services available at such a reasonable price, why not think about a Celebrity Cruise for your next vacation?

The Hamptons: Vacation in True Luxury

admin | June 16th, 2010 - 6:16 pm

Every Memorial Day weekend, the summer season officially kicks off in the Hamptons and with it comes the droves of movie stars and city dwellers seeking to escape the heat and enjoy some of the most breathtaking beauty New York State has to offer. While largely known as the summer vacation spot for the rich and famous, rubbing elbows with your favorite director or movie star has never been easier when you spend your vacation getaway along the beaches of a stunning Hamptons town.

Offering some of the best beaches in the world, the Hamptons are definitely the place to be for exciting oceanfront adventures. While there are excellent sandy options up and down the South Fork, East Hampton’s Main Beach is consistently rated one of the top ten beaches in the country and is ideally located in the new-money capital of Long Island. The likes of Martha Stewart, Steven Spielberg, and Jerry Seinfeld own homes in this trendy town, and you can certainly spot a few other celebrities while you relax along the clean white sands of East Hampton beaches such as Wiborg Beach, Egypt Beach, and Georgica Beach.

Although the Westhampton area, including the incorporated villages of West Quogue, Westhampton Beach, and West Hampton Dunes, is considered a little more like Long Beach than the rest of the Hamptons, visitors can still enjoy all of their favorite activities, including swimming, jet skiing, boating, surfing, and sunbathing, at the entertaining Pike’s Beach. However, if you prefer an old money atmosphere and huge waterfront estates as the backdrop for your beach excursions, then Southampton and the Flying Point Beach may be more your style.

For a low-key getaway away from the hubbub and noise of the party scene, set your vacation compass for a town like Amagansett and Bridgehampton. In the quant Bridgehampton, you can enjoy the popular Mecox Beach before heading over to a nearby winery, while in Amagansett, shopping in fine boutiques and dining on exquisite cuisine are the order of the day. Nightlife is never dull here, either, as Amagansett is home to the famous Stephen Talkhouse, a small, standing-room only club where the likes of Paul McCartney and Paul Simon have been known to show up unexpectedly.

In addition to the popular Stephen Talkhouse, the Hamptons are home to numerous other forms of entertainment and nightlife. The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center hosts professional musical, dance, and theater performances year-round, while the Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor presents up-and-coming plays in addition to time-honored classics on its stage. Once the sun has set on the Hamptons, visitors can also enjoy a late night drink at the Cigar Bar in Sag Harbor or attempt to get into one of the super trendy bars such as the NV Resort in East Hampton or Jet East in Southampton.

When looking into popular Hampton attractions, there are two that always stand above the rest. Located in an 1845 mansion built by Benjamin Huntting, a whaling-ship magnate, the Whaling Museum in Sag Harbor pays homage to the industry that put this region on the map. Featuring samples of whale oil, century-old whale jawbones, and the tools and weapons of whalers, the museum is a must-see on any Hamptons trip. The Montauk Point Lighthouse, completed in 1796, was the first lighthouse to be built in New York State and is the home of numerous artifacts and historical documents. The best part of any visit, however, is the climb up the 110-foot tower for a breathtaking, panoramic view of the ocean, coastline, and stunning scenery.

When the crush of summer dawns upon the Hamptons, it is time to get out of the city and experience an atmosphere that is unlike anything you could have ever imagined. Forget the touristy feel of a hotel and live like a local with Hamptons vacation rentals in your favorite surfside destination. A Hamptons rental surrounds you with the glitz and the glamour of the area, along with the quant town feel, so you can enjoy a summer to remember in the most desirable accommodations along the Atlantic Ocean. For a fantasy getaway at one of the most picturesque, exciting destinations in the world, begin your search for the perfect vacation home rental today.

Five Honeymoon Destinations for True Romantics

admin | June 15th, 2010 - 9:16 pm

You are about to start your life together as a married couple (or maybe you’ve been married for some time already), and you want to spend some quality time with one another away from the hustle and bustle of your daily lives. That’s exactly what honeymoons are for – a chance to indulge in romance, relaxation, and marital bliss.

Here are five popular honeymoon destinations for those couples who are looking for a true romantic getaway:

St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands

Enjoy the beauty and majesty of a Caribbean honeymoon without having to bring your passport! The U.S. Virgin Islands are about a four-hour plane trip from Miami, but you’ll feel like you’re in a whole other world. St. John is known for being the prettiest isle in the chain, largely because the vast majority of the island has been designated as a national park – so development is limited to certain areas.

There are numerous hotels, resorts, and private villas available for your honeymoon lodging. You can soak up the rays on any one of the sun-drenched beaches or take to the water for a romantic sail in the bays around the island. Though there is some nightlife on St. John, many couples opt for moonlit strolls and similar private activities.

Bora Bora, French Polynesia

It’s the ultimate in romantic destinations: isolated, slow-paced, and visually spectacular. Bora Bora is roughly halfway between Hawaii and Australia, and it’s just an eight-hour flight from Los Angeles. What makes Bora Bora different from many other tropical locations is that most of the island is surrounded by a lagoon as opposed to an ocean-facing beach; so the water is shallower, calmer, and much, much bluer!

The hotel rooms and garden villas in Bora Bora are first-rate, but booking an over-the-water bungalow will let you experience the true wonders of this magical place. These bungalows, which are connected by footbridges to their mainland resorts, have large balconies, decks with ladders leading into the lagoon waters, and even glass coffee tables which open up and allow you to feed the tropical fish that swim underneath! You can float, swim, or snorkel right next to your bungalow; or enjoy “room service” breakfast delivered in a canoe!

Tuscany, Italy

If the historic melodies of Europe appeal to you, then you should spend your honeymoon in the magnificent Tuscany region of Italy. If you think of the nation of Italy as a “boot” on the map, Tuscany sits right about where the top of the calf would be. Florence, Lucca, Siena, and Pisa are some of the major cities in the region.

But what makes Tuscany such a popular destination is the breathtaking old-world countryside which dominates the region. Vineyards, olive groves, rolling hills, and spectacular vistas will fan the romantic flames of your trip. Most of the region (and other parts of Italy) are accessible by train, and there are plenty of historic churches and shopping districts to see in every Italian city. When you’re through, the two of you can return to your hotel, bed and breakfast, or private villa and enjoy a bottle of sumptuous wine by the fire.

Napa Valley, California

Speaking of wine, the Napa Valley region of California is the most popular region in the U.S. for wine lovers and romantics alike. Situated about two hours’ drive north of San Francisco, the area is home to several small and medium-sized towns which are all charming and quaint. But the main attractions of Napa Valley are the vineyards and winemakers, as well as the rolling hills and mountains which make the region so striking.

You can certainly tour as many vineyards and attend as many wine tastings as you care to, and many companies offer private car or limousine service so you don’t have to worry about navigating the roads. Or you can hop aboard the wine train, which runs through the Napa Valley countryside while serving you delicious cuisine and some of the best wines the region has to offer. There are plenty of inns and bed-and-breakfasts to choose from, and it’s nearly impossible to eat a meal that’s anything less than splendid.

Hawaii

There’s a reason that the Hawaiian Islands have been the destination of choice for honeymooners for the last several decades. The state is home to arguably the most diverse geography in the entire world, so there’s something to appeal to everyone’s tastes. And it’s just a five-hour plane ride from the west coast of the U.S. until you step into a tropical paradise.

There are a bevy of top-notch resorts on the islands of Maui and Oahu which cater to honeymooning couples’ every need. Other islands, such as Kona and Kauai, are less busy and more natural. And even the most ambitious honeymooners won’t be able to partake in everything Hawaii has to offer – from water sports and beach activities, to luaus and native dance shows, to garden strolls and helicopter tours.

You’ve probably spent a great deal of time and energy planning your wedding – so you deserve to jet away to a romantic honeymoon after the knot has been tied and your guests bid you adieu. Choosing any one of these five honeymoon destinations practically guarantees that you will start your marriage off with beautiful memories that you will treasure forever.

A True Heaven Prayed by Entire Beijing

admin | June 11th, 2010 - 9:16 pm

Located in the Southeast of Beijing, the “Temple of heaven” was constructed between 1406 and 1420 under the sovereignty of Ming Emperor “YongLe”. During the time period of Ming Emperor “JiaJing” it was refurbished and several separate complexes were dedicated to the earth, sun and Moon which are orderly located in the North, East and West of Beijing. The temple has been visited by all the emperors of the history of Ming and Qing dynasties during annual ceremonies in order to pray to the heaven for better harvest.

The Taoist architecture of the entire temple is very much based on the symbolism and numerology. All the structures of the temple are round which symbolizes the sky while all the axes are square and flat symbolizing the earth which is a key factor that illustrates cultural and religious beliefs. And especially the roofs of the main buildings are covered with blue tiles representing the sky and the heaven and their golden yellow colored elements reflect the emperor and Buddhism.

The Altar of Heaven (Yuan Qiu Tan), which is one of the three main constructions of the complex, is where the three tired platform of 5 meters height is to be found which is made of white marble. It has been built in 1530 as the place where the emperor and others worship heaven during the winter. What is numerological about the structure is that the number of stones mostly placed in the tires happens to be nine which is the highest value digit and which represent the emperor. The majestic Hall of Prayer (Qinian Dian) is located in the north end of the complex which consists of three round stages made of wood. It has also been built on a three tired marble platform that is 6 meters high. The hall is 32 meters high from its platform and the what’s amazing about it is that no nail have been used for its construction. Inside the hall 28 single tree trunk-pillars can be seen and there are four posts which symbolizes the four seasons.

The Echo Wall and the Imperial Vault of Heaven is found in the center of north south axis of the complex. The Imperial Vault is surrounded by the Echo Wall and having the round shape, it resembles the Hall of prayers. It is almost impossible to count the number of people who visit the Temple Of Heaven daily. It has been a major destination of tourists especially when it comes to cultural and historical exploration in China.

Temple of Heaven is just one remarkable landmark among the vast number of attractions in this historic city. Accommodation in and around this magnificent city can be found easily as a number of Beijing luxury hotels such as Raffles Beijing offer elegant service and comforts boastful as the city itself.

The True Meaning Of Mother’S Day

admin | June 6th, 2010 - 6:16 am

Of all the big questions in the world – what is the meaning of life? Why are we here? Who ate the last Hobnob? – There’s only one that needs no explanation and that is ‘why is my mum so fab?’ Mums just are – they feed and water us, spend years cleaning up after us, drive us about to parties in our teenage years, bite their lips (or not) during your first home hair dye experiment and generally provide a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear and a ready hug for the whole family. So having said all of that, it’s amazing how easily we sometimes take our mums for granted – and a fair few of us are still taking home our dirty washing of a weekend or cadging lifts into town when we’re old enough to be looking after ourselves!

So this Mother’s Day it’s time that we showed real appreciation for the wonder-women in our lives and planned a day of celebration, treats and lovely Mothers Day Gifts! After all, Mother’s Day isn’t about tacky commercialism or unnecessary consumption – neither is it about propping up a card and gift industry – it’s simply about giving your mum some time and attention, and making sure you show her how much you care.

Yes, some of us aren’t great with fancy words or big gestures – but you can always pick a personalised and special gift which will signal to your mum that you’ve put thought and effort into something that you knew would be special to her. Equally if you are short of ready money, you can go the other way and make something yourself for the ultimate in personalised gifts! Even if handicrafts aren’t your thing, there are plenty of ways to show your appreciation – for example, think of practical presents such as doing her garden, finishing those odd DIY jobs that your dad is never going to get round to… perhaps taking your mum out to see a film or for a curry, or simply popping round with some cakes, making her a cuppa and spending time to chat and listen to her news. Mothers Day Gifts don’t have to be fancy or exclusive, they just need to be tailored to the recipient and have a personal touch. For this reason it’s also a good idea to accompany your Mother’s Day gifts with a lovely card. Again, think about her personality and what she’ll like most – whether that is a sweet little poem, a humourous and funny card, or a quirky little handmade affair perhaps featuring some favourite family photos.

Speaking of presents, some of the greatest are those which involve your time – time being the most precious thing any of us have! You can use the power of the internet to use yours most wisely too… Instead of traipsing around the shops on a busy Saturday, battling the crowds only to find a fairly run of the mill selection of Mother’s Day gifts, why not click online and check out the huge range of perfect presents to buy on the net? The beauty of online shopping is its speed, the huge array, and the ability to compare items and of course the speed in getting your Mother’s Day gifts ordered, dispatched and arriving on the doorstep in record time! And of course with this time that you’ve saved, you can treat your mum to some of your valuable hours by finding a gift to enjoy together… for example there are various excellent ‘experience’ days or trips which are fantastic gifts. If your mum fancies tasting the high life for a day – and let’s face it, who doesn’t! – then whisk her off to London to see a top-notch show and enjoy a meal too – before you stay for the night in a city centre hotel. This is a fantastic present which will give her plenty of memories to treasure and enjoy – not mentioning a healthy dose of excitement and escapism from the everyday grind! We all need some luxury and pizzazz in these difficult times!

You might also want to treat her to a spa visit beforehand to relax and feel pampered before her big trip. There are various packages available at spas and country houses across the UK, and you can tailor the package to include treatments that your mum will like and perhaps a lunch too. Combine both spa and London trip, and suddenly your Mothers Day Gifts are elevating themselves into the stuff of legend! Your mum will really have the chance to see how much you care and have a fantastic day to enjoy too with tons of special memories and fun.

Woody Woodpecker on AFV Theme Song (One True Media)

admin | June 3rd, 2010 - 3:18 am

Part 479 and Part 479A. This one has three songs. Executive produced by Vin Di Bona, with co-executive producers Todd Thicke and Michele Nasraway, it is currently the second longest-running entertainment program on ABC. It is based on the Tokyo Broadcasting System show Fun TV with Kato-chan and Ken-chan, which featured a segment in which viewers were invited to send in video clips from their home movies. The format has since been reproduced around the world, and AFHV-inspired TV specials and series continue to emerge periodically in the United States. American television series inspired by AFV’s format that are not related to the series itself include The Planet’s Funniest Animals, The World’s Funniest!, The World’s Funniest Moments, Funniest Pets and People and It Only Hurts When I Laugh; however, most of the series inspired by AFV (except for The Planet’s Funniest Animals) have not matched the success of America’s Funniest Home Videos and have not lasted as long. Many videos are range from a few to a couple of seconds and are mostly related to the host’s monologues. Videos usually feature people and animals getting into humorous to dangerous accidents caught on camera. Other videos would have people staging acts specifically for the show by presenting their acts, which is based on the spin-off America’s Funniest People. Every week, three videos are chosen by the producers and voted on by the studio audience. The winner wins US$10000, and is in the running for the
